A Founding Date That Makes People Smile
B2 Perfection was founded on April 1st, 2005. Every anniversary, people think we’re joking when we say “It’s our 20th year!” But it’s true. We’ve been committed to perfection since day one, even if the date sounds like an April Fools prank.
Our Story
B2 Perfection was founded by Brad Trost and Bill Nippes (the original “B2”)
who wanted repairs to be to (B2) Perfection.
Brad brought years of auto body expertise from running a shop in Los Gatos, while Bill brought the business acumen needed to build something lasting.
Together, they created a collision repair facility built on a simple but powerful philosophy: every vehicle deserves to be restored to perfection, not “almost perfect.”
No shortcuts.
No compromises.
Just precision craftsmanship and honest communication.
In 2015, as Brad and Bill reached retirement age, Tristin Wurzbach stepped in to carry the torch.
Coming from a background as an insurance supervisor at GEICO, Tristin brought invaluable expertise in helping customers navigate the often-confusing world of insurance claims and out-of-pocket repair decisions.
Today, B2 Perfection operates under the same founding principles that Brad and Bill established two decades ago, now enhanced with cutting-edge technology, Tesla certification, and a team of passionate professionals who treat every vehicle like their own.

Tristin Wurzbach
OwnerWith B2 Perfection since 2014

Tristin lives in Newark and enjoys VR gaming with his kids. If his personality were a car, he’d be a Toyota Camry: smooth, reliable, and dependable.
EJ Sibaja
General ManagerWith B2 Perfection since 2012
Starting in the parts department and detailing cars in 2012, EJ rose through the ranks and obtained extensive knowledge of each department’s intricacies.
His roles have included detailer, parts manager, repair advisor, and now general manager.
EJ lives in San Jose. Dream car: Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Favorite cars to work on: Toyotas, especially the Toyota Camry.
Karen Trost
Repair Advisor ManagerWith B2 Perfection since 2009
Having mastered the shop’s accounting, parts, and repair production with a charismatic personality (opposite of the “Karen” meme), Karen now leads B2 Perfection as Repair Advisor Manager.
She provides repair option estimates, manages repairs, proactively updates customers, and ensures all repair advisors are on track.
Lives in San Jose with her dog Theodore “Theo”. Her favorite thing to do when not at work is camping with a really long book. Favorite vehicle to repair: Tesla Model 3.
Marco Morales
Repair AdvisorWith B2 Perfection since 2025
Marco joined the team in 2025 as a Parts Department Manager, quickly worked his way up to Repair Advisor Assistant, and is now a full Repair Advisor, bringing hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to every customer interaction.
He provides repair option estimates, manages repairs, and proactively updates customers.
Marco lives in San Jose and enjoys staying active at the gym in his free time. Dream car: R34 V-Spec. Favorite car to work on: Tesla Model 3.
Ernesto Rodriguez
Repair Blueprinter / Master TechnicianWith B2 Perfection since 2016
Ernesto started in the parts department and then became a technician. He performed so well that he was among the first to earn Tesla’s technician certification, a distinction reserved for top technicians in the program.
Ernesto lives in San Jose. Dream car: 1965 Mustang, a classic he’s always admired. Favorite vehicles to work on: Teslas, thanks to their clean design and modern tech.
Valerie Melko
Office ManagerWith B2 Perfection since 2023
With over 20 years of office managerial experience at her previous employer, Valerie joined the B2 Perfection team and coordinates phone calls, new inbound texts, vehicle drop-offs, and so much more.
Valerie lives in Sunnyvale and enjoys spending time with her kids and husband. If her personality were a car, she’d choose to be a Honda: reliable.
Itzia Ortiz
Repair AdvisorWith B2 Perfection since 2026
Itzia previously managed an entire body shop as the General Manager before joining us at B2 Perfection. She brings extensive experience in all aspects of the collision repair process. She consistently maintained high scores in customer satisfaction and insurance company performance metrics.
Itzia lives in San Jose and likes to go hiking in her free time with her dog Benito. Her dream car is an Audi R8 and her favorite car to work are Toyotas.
